Guarantee
Malem™ Medical guarantee covers manufacturing defects for three months from date of purchase. It does NOT cover Batteries, Sensors, Bed-Mats, Glass, Straps, water flooding or damage caused by abuse or misuse.
Returns Policy
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns requiring a refund. Malem Medical provide quality products and excellent service. However, if for any reason goods are to be returned to Malem Medical UK, contact must be made via e-mail malem@malem.co.uk or phone 00 44 (0)115 9664440 prior to returning the goods to explain the reason and to obtain a return number which must accompany the goods along with the original order details. Flooded or contaminated products should not be sent due to health and hygiene regulations. Batteries should be removed. Goods must be returned by safe methods of transport that requires a signature on receipt and that all cost is paid by the sender. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods we will confirm the receipt of the goods to you along with the details of our investigation and the cost of repair if applicable.
Prices & VAT
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination and quantity. VAT (Tax) is charged for sales within the EU. If requested, Courier Service is charged at cost.
Delivery Details
We deliver worldwide. We do our best to send goods on the same working day. Our deliveries are handled by post and also major courier companies working within a 28 day delivery service depending upon the destination of the parcel and the service asked for by the customer and used for delivery. In case of the parcel not arriving within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via e-mail or phone and provide us with your details. In the event of loss of the parcel being confirmed, a replacement will be issued.
Payment
We accept payment by most major credit/debit cards except American Express. All orders are positively credit/debit card sanctioned prior to despatch. Please ensure the details you enter are correct. We can accept no responsibility if the order is held up as a result of incorrect payment/delivery details being given. We do not process orders until payment is made in full.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will incur a £5 administration charge.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell or pass on any personal details to any other organisation.
Security
On-line ordering service is fully secure. All credit/debit card transactions processed from this site are carried out by us.
